What kind of sticker paper do you use?

Lily's Little Cupboard uses premium matte sticker paper. It soaks in pigment so colors are rich and vibrant. It has a smooth matte finish, and most importantly, you can use any pen you want to scribble all over it. The adhesive is permanent, but if you're slow and careful, you can probably move it a little just after placing it.

Can I customize this?

Yes and no. If you want a whole sheet of one existing design, the way that it is, that can almost always be accommodated. I cannot make custom changes such as color change, wording change, or size change due to the amount of time required.

If a full sheet of an existing design is what you need, please purchase the item and leave a note to seller in the comments to tell me which sticker you'd like.

How long before my order ships?

Processing times are always updated on home page. Generally, normal processing is 2-5 business days, and 1-2 weeks during sale events. Your estimated ship date can be found on your order confirmation, and I'm almost always ahead of that deadline.

I made two orders. Can you combine shipping?

Of course! I'm happy to combine orders and refund a shipping cost any time I'm aware of it. Just send me an email, and I can take care of this for you.

Oops! I made a mistake in my address. Can I change it?

Send me an email, and I will do my best to change the shipping address for you. You will need to include the order number with any request, and please note that orders with a requested change in address cannot be returned or refunded.

Oops! I made this order by mistake. Can I cancel it?

So long as your order has not yet shipped, I can cancel and refund it for you easily. Please note that I have no control over how much quickly refunds are released and returned after I have processed it in the system.

Oops! Lily's Little Cupboard made a mistake. Something is wrong with my order. What now?

I make every effort to get it right, (and I've learned some lessons over the years to improve the process), but sometimes I make misteaks. Please contact me as soon as you have discovered something is wrong with your order. These things are usually easy to fix and I appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
